Hi, I’m Keri! I’m a visual designer with over 5 years of creative experience and more than a decade in admin/ops roles spanning healthcare, higher ed, military benefits, and local government. I transitioned into design after seeing how often people got lost in messy systems and realizing I wanted to help make information easier to understand and use. That shift sparked my interest in user experience, accessibility, and visual storytelling.
I’ve worked with clients ranging from small nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies. Now, I create thoughtful, story-driven visuals for learners, faculty, and staff as part of the Communications team at Southern New Hampshire University. I’m also earning my MFA in creative writing, where I explore how narrative structure shapes written communication.
My background gives me a systems-level view with a storyteller’s eye, fueled by empathy and curiosity, so I’m always thinking about how to make information not just work, but connect.
I reside in Salem, New Hampshire with my partner and our temperamental cat.
